Every mobile call is billed at three hours minimum, whether the fix takes twenty minutes or the full window. Travel time is already inside that number — there's no separate mileage or trip charge.

Rate and minimum. Labor is $195 per hour with a 3-hour minimum of $585 on every mobile call, billed whether or not the full three hours is used. Time past the minimum is billed in 15-minute increments.
Travel. Travel time within the Las Vegas valley is included in the minimum. Calls outside the valley are quoted before dispatch.
Deposit. A $195 deposit holds your window and is applied to the final invoice. Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice and it's fully refundable; inside 24 hours, or if nobody can grant access to the unit on arrival, it's retained.
Parts and added repairs. Parts, fluids, and any work beyond the initial diagnosis are quoted and approved by you before they're ordered or performed.
On-site limits. Work is performed where the unit sits. If a repair needs a lift, press, or shop bay, you'll be told during the call and billed only for time used, subject to the minimum.
Payment. The balance is due on completion of the work.
Access and safety. You confirm you own the unit or are authorized to approve work on it, and that the location is safe and legal to work in. Work may be stopped for weather or unsafe conditions.
Your copy. Submitting this form creates a binding agreement. A signed copy is emailed to you immediately.
